Bluesbreaker 3: White-Pink Rose, Summer 2013

Bluesbreaker 3

Bluesbreaker 3: Today’s post presents a very precious photo of a very special flower in our garden. One simple reason: It is the only Photo of this Rose which was the one and only bloom this Rosebush ever created before it passed away. An so it qualifies to be the 3rd item, in my series of 5 Photos that hopefully will make it easier to eliminate – or helping me to ease my raging winter fatigue.

Today was not the worst day of the season, we enjoyed a few sun rays and what’s most important: Clear skies. And for the first time this year, there was a scent of Spring! This is how winter concludes, at least according to our calendar. Tomorrow it’ll be Spring!

I was flipping through my libraries when i chose the flowers i published in this series, seeing all the wonderful creations nature creates as long there is enough sunlight – among other factors of course.. And as the most important: They let me focus on their beauty, their colors and their grace in stead of the darkness outside, the covered skies, the precipitations and the usual grey tones, even for just a short period of time. And that is what it’s all about.
