Colored Autumn: Raindrops on Hosta Ventricosa Leave. Odense, October 2015 Nikon D800, Tamron SP Di 90mm, f/2.8 Macro 1:1

Autumn is photographically the most interesting season. Even the hardcore Black & White photographer must pause his passion for a short time. Everything outside the front door is bathed in yellow, red, brown and green and deserves a few colored Photos.
The pictures in this post did not require a long hike, only a few meters walk in our own garden. The pictures are from a single plant, a Hosta Ventricosa.

Autumns Colors:

Autumn leaf color is a phenomenon that affects the normally green leaves of many deciduous trees and shrubs by which they take on, during a few weeks in the autumn season, various shades of red, yellow, purple, black, orange, pink, magenta, blue and brown. The phenomenon is commonly called autumn colors or autumn foliage in British English and fall colors, fall foliage or simply foliage in American English.
